Update concerning the typhoid outbreak in Syria’s Yarmouk refugee camp

 

CNN’s adviser on humanitarian issues with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), Jehan Bseiso, reports on the crisis in Yarmouk. Bseiso notes that the recent typhoid outbreak in the refugee camp is reflective of a situation common to communities throughout Syria, where clean water and medical care are in short supply.
