Typhoid hits Harare, as water crisis fuels fears of new epidemics

Harare health officials are concerned about the spread of typhoid fever amid the city’s current water crisis. Health Director Prosper Chonzi noted that water cuts and poor sanitation could cause an outbreak of waterborne disease in the city.
