Time Allocation:

Please check with the chairs of your symposium for the time allotted to your presentation. The symposium chairs will be strictly enforcing the time of your presentation. To manage your time, please be cognizant of the length of your presentation. General guidelines recommend one PowerPoint slide per minute.

Presentation Format and File Size:

PowerPoint version 2007 or newer is supported. Please use 4:3 as the presentation format.  Do not use special fonts, which are not part of the standard PowerPoint package. If you use a Macintosh Computer, please note that Keynote (*.key) presentations are not accepted.

Submitting your presentation:

Final presentations should be submitted to Brian Shaw via email at brian.shaw@sabin.org or by flash drive at the Secretariat Office by 12:00pm one day prior to your scheduled presentation. When sending your presentation, please indicate in the email, the name and time of the session in which the presentation will be given.

PDF versions of approved presentations will be posted online and available for any interested people to view after the conclusion of the conference.  If you do not wish your presentation to be shared or would like to share a redacted version, please advise in writing no later than the final day of the conference.
